If accepted, you’ll be invited for a new patient evaluation and treatment ($389) . A portion may be eligible for insurance reimbursement.
Step 4: Care Plan or Referral
If your case is accepted, a structured treatment plan is outlined. If not, appropriate referrals are provided.
