Ethical Care Standards
All evaluation, diagnostic, and treatment recommendations are based on medical necessity, functional impairment, and clinically appropriate recovery timelines. Care decisions are guided by examination findings and patient response, not predetermined treatment protocols.

Documentation & Records
Medical records are organized for clarity, efficient review, and continuity of care. Documentation includes functional outcome measures and evidence-based interventions appropriately matched to the patient’s diagnosis and injury severity. We do not rush care, inflate services, or charge attorneys for medical records.

PIP / MedPay Coordination
Our billing process prioritizes timely and appropriate use of PIP and MedPay benefits when available. In cases involving long-term or established referral relationships, we are open to professional discussion regarding resolution at the conclusion of care, when clinically appropriate.

Advanced Diagnostic Capabilities
When indicated, we utilize advanced diagnostic tools focused on objective injury assessment, including radiological motion studies and neurocognitive testing for brain injury and concussion. These assessments are selected based on clinical presentation and are performed using methodologies that meet accepted evidentiary standards, including Daubert criteria.

Communication & Timelines
We maintain consistent communication throughout care. Status updates and documentation are available upon request, and complete medical records and billing summaries are provided promptly following discharge.
