Records Request
Medical records and documentation can be requested through our office. We ensure monthly updates for each case sent on the last day of each month to ensure you are up to date with ongoing care.
We also guarantee all attorney’s will receive medical records, billing summary and discharge narrative within 24-hours of discharge. If you require assistance with records in addition to the above mentioned timelines, please contact the clinic.
